2. Purpose and Activity

GanaDinero is a rewards platform that allows users to accumulate virtual balance by watching advertisements, completing tasks, maintaining daily streaks and earning cashback on purchases through partner platforms, and request conversion into real rewards (cryptocurrency, PayPal, or gift cards), subject in all cases to the current Terms and Conditions.

The platform does not handle deposits or act as a regulated payment institution. Rewards are distributed directly as part of the loyalty program and do not constitute the collection of public funds or the issuance of electronic money.

3. Intellectual and Industrial Property

All content of the Service — including, but not limited to, the design, source code, algorithms, logos, trademarks, texts, images, databases and structure — is owned by the operator or used under licence, and is protected by applicable intellectual and industrial property laws.

Reproduction, distribution, public communication, transformation or any other form of exploitation without the written authorisation of the owner is strictly prohibited. Violations will result in appropriate legal action.

4. Liability for Third-Party Content and Services

The Service may contain links or integrations with third-party platforms (Google Ads, affiliate networks, e-commerce stores, payment processors). The owner does not control such external services and assumes no responsibility for their content, availability or privacy practices.

Advertisements displayed on the platform are served by third-party advertising networks. The owner does not guarantee the accuracy or legality of such advertisements and will not be liable for their content.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties and Liability

The owner does not guarantee continuous or uninterrupted availability of the Service, nor the absence of technical errors. The Service may be temporarily suspended for maintenance, security or force majeure reasons, without entitlement to any compensation.

In particular, and without limitation, the owner will not be liable for damages arising from:

• Improper or fraudulent use of the Service by users.
• Unauthorised access to user accounts.
• Errors, omissions or inaccuracies in information provided by the user.
• Failures in third-party infrastructure (CDN, cloud providers, payment networks).
• Fluctuations in the value of cryptocurrencies or other currencies between approval and receipt of a withdrawal.

6. Reporting to Authorities and Reservation of Rights

The owner reserves the right to report to competent authorities any conduct that may constitute a criminal or administrative offence, including computer fraud, unauthorised access to systems, document forgery and computer damage.

The owner will also pursue civil action to recover funds wrongly paid out as a result of fraudulent conduct.

7. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

This Legal Notice is governed by applicable law. For any dispute arising from access to or use of the Service, both parties submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts, with the owner reserving the right to bring proceedings in any court with jurisdiction over the user's place of residence or the location of the alleged infringement.
