Terms and Conditions of Use

Last updated: April 2, 2026

1. Parties and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions of Use (hereinafter, "T&C") govern access to and use of the GanaDinero platform (domain ganadinero.app), including the mobile application and any ancillary services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by the owner identified in the Legal Notice.

Use of the Service constitutes full, express and unconditional acceptance of all these T&C. If you disagree with any point, you must stop using the Service immediately and delete your account. Any use of any feature constitutes valid and binding acceptance.

The owner reserves the right to modify these T&C at any time. Changes will be notified at least 7 days in advance via an in-platform notice. Continued use of the Service after that period constitutes acceptance of the new T&C.

2. Definitions

  • Virtual Balance ("VB"): an internal accounting unit denominated in euros (EUR), accumulated through permitted activities. VB does not constitute electronic money, a bank deposit, or an enforceable credit right until it has been processed, verified and approved by the owner in accordance with clause 7.
  • Withdrawal: a request to convert approved VB into a real reward (cryptocurrency, PayPal, or gift card).
  • Fraudulent Activity: any action or omission aimed at obtaining VB in an unauthorised manner, including exploits, system errors, reverse engineering, automation, multiple accounts, data manipulation and any other conduct contrary to these T&C.
  • Ad Fraud: any action designed to generate artificial, invalid or non-genuine advertising impressions or interactions, including use of VPNs or proxies to simulate a higher-paying country, emulators, click farms, background automation, location spoofing, or any mechanism that bypasses the natural user flow required to earn VB through advertisements.
  • Exploit: taking advantage of any vulnerability, technical fault, calculation error or unintended system behaviour to obtain VB or benefits not intended by the owner.

3. Access Requirements

  • Be a natural person aged 18 or over (or the age of majority in your country of residence if higher).
  • Provide truthful, accurate and up-to-date registration information.
  • Hold only one personal account. Creating or using multiple accounts under different or shared identities is strictly prohibited.
  • Access only from devices and connections you own or have explicit authorisation to use.

4. Accumulation of Virtual Balance

VB may be accumulated exclusively through the following enabled activities:

  • Viewing integrated advertisements.
  • Daily reward and continuous access streak.
  • Completing tasks (reviews, social media follows, etc.).
  • Cashback on verified purchases through partner platforms.

The owner may modify, suspend, reduce or remove any VB accumulation mechanism at any time, without prior notice or compensation, especially when necessary to maintain the economic sustainability of the Service.

Amounts shown are indicative and subject to actual conversion rates at the time of withdrawal. VB does not accrue interest, is not transferable between accounts, and expires if the account remains inactive for 180 calendar days.

5. Fraud, Exploits, Ad Abuse and Abusive Use — ABSOLUTE NULLITY

5.1 Void from the outset. All VB obtained through any Fraudulent Activity or Exploit is void from the outset, regardless of whether the system has recorded, displayed or technically acknowledged it. Mere reflection in the on-screen balance confers no acquired right to that amount.

5.2 No obligation to pay. The owner is under no obligation in any case to process, approve or pay out withdrawals that include, in whole or in part, VB obtained through Fraudulent Activity or Exploit. This includes, without limitation, the following scenarios:

  • Exploiting technical faults, calculation errors or unintended system behaviours.
  • Using scripts, bots, emulators, automation tools or modified devices.
  • Creating or using multiple accounts to accumulate additional rewards.
  • Reverse engineering, manipulating API requests, injecting data or any unintended interaction with the backend.
  • Claiming cashback with fake, cancelled, refunded or fabricated orders.
  • Any coordinated action, collusion with third parties or referral abuse.
  • Manipulating device clock, GPS location or HTTP headers to circumvent system restrictions.
  • Ad Fraud of any kind: using VPNs, proxies or IP-spoofing tools to appear as a user from a higher-CPM country; generating artificial ad impressions or interactions; watching or skipping advertisements without genuine user intent; using automated tools or scripts to trigger ad-reward callbacks; blocking advertisements while still requesting rewards; or any other technique that inflates AdMob metrics artificially.
  • Attempting to claim rewards for advertisements not actually viewed in full, or closed/skipped in a way that bypasses the platform's server-side reward verification.

5.3 Right to hold and investigate. The owner may place any withdrawal request on hold for as long as deemed necessary (with no maximum set) to conduct a fraud investigation. During that period, the user may not demand processing of the withdrawal or claim damages for the delay.

5.4 Cancellation and reversal. The owner may cancel, reverse or adjust at any time any transaction, balance or withdrawal — even one already issued — if it is subsequently found to have been obtained through Fraudulent Activity or Ad Fraud. In such case, the user is obliged to return any funds wrongly received.

5.5 Express waiver of claims. By accepting these T&C, the user expressly waives the right to bring any judicial, extrajudicial, regulatory body complaint or claim of any nature arising from the owner's refusal to pay out VB obtained through Fraudulent Activity, Ad Fraud or Exploit. This waiver is valid, irrevocable and enforceable before any authority.

5.6 Reporting vulnerabilities. If a user discovers an error or vulnerability in the system, they are obliged to report it immediately to the owner (contact in the Legal Notice) without exploiting it. Exploiting a known vulnerability, even on a one-off basis, constitutes Fraudulent Activity for all purposes.

5.7 Reward rate discretion. VB rewards for viewing advertisements are calculated based on estimated advertising revenue (CPM/eCPM) reported by Google AdMob, which varies by country, device, time of year and factors outside the owner's control. The owner reserves the right to adjust, reduce, restructure or suspend reward rates at any time without prior notice, including reducing them to zero for specific activities, countries or user segments, if AdMob revenue does not support the established payouts. Users have no acquired right to maintain any previously offered reward rate.

5.8 Advertising compliance. Users acknowledge that the Service's reward system is funded exclusively by advertising revenue generated through Google AdMob. Any action that violates AdMob's Invalid Traffic policies — including but not limited to invalid clicks, impression fraud, use of ad blockers while claiming ad rewards, or non-genuine user engagement — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all accumulated VB, regardless of whether the behaviour was detected in real time.

6. Account Suspension and Cancellation

The owner may temporarily suspend or permanently cancel any account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances (non-exhaustive list):

  • Breach of any provision of these T&C.
  • Reasonable grounds to suspect Fraudulent Activity or an Exploit.
  • Identity theft or false registration data.
  • Abusive conduct, threats or intimidating behaviour towards the team.
  • Business decision by the owner (cessation of service, restructuring, etc.).
  • Court order or requirement from a competent authority.

Account cancellation results in the forfeiture of all accumulated VB, with no right to compensation, unless the owner, at its discretion, decides to process legitimately obtained VB.

7. Withdrawal Process and Verification

VB does not become an enforceable right to payment until all of the following conditions are met cumulatively:

  1. The balance reaches the current minimum withdrawal threshold (currently €10.00 EUR).
  2. The account successfully passes any identity verification (KYC) process the owner may require.
  3. The owner has completed the anti-fraud review of the request.
  4. The owner has expressly approved the withdrawal.

The owner may at any time request proof of identity (passport or government-issued ID) and/or evidence of the activity performed (screenshots, original purchase receipts, etc.). Refusing to provide such documentation entitles the owner to deny the withdrawal without further explanation.

Processing timelines are indicative. The owner will not be in default or liable for delays caused by anti-fraud controls, payment provider issues or force majeure.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 The Service is provided "as is", with no warranties as to availability, accuracy, continuity or fitness for a particular purpose.

8.2 In no event shall the owner's total cumulative liability to a user for any cause exceed the amount of VB legitimately approved and pending withdrawal in the user's account at the time of the triggering event, or €10.00 EUR, whichever is lower.

8.3 The owner will not be liable for:

  • Loss of expected profits, lost earnings or indirect, consequential or punitive damages.
  • Failures of third-party payment platforms (PayPal, cryptocurrency exchanges, etc.).
  • Fluctuations in cryptocurrency or currency exchange rates.
  • Service interruptions caused by maintenance, cyber attacks or force majeure.

9. User Obligations

The user expressly agrees to:

  • Not use automated tools (bots, macros, scripts) to interact with the Service.
  • Not reverse-engineer, decompile or analyse the source code of the application or the API.
  • Not share login credentials with third parties.
  • Maintain only one account and not create additional accounts to circumvent restrictions.
  • Not attempt to alter system behaviour, HTTP requests or API call parameters.
  • Immediately report any error or unusual system behaviour (clause 5.6).
  • Comply with all applicable laws in their country of residence.

10. Intellectual Property

All elements of the Service (code, design, brand, logos, texts, reward algorithms) are the exclusive property of the owner or its licensors. The user receives only a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive and revocable licence to use the Service in accordance with these T&C. Any reproduction, distribution or commercial exploitation without express authorisation is prohibited.

11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These T&C are governed by applicable law. For the resolution of any dispute, both parties submit to the jurisdiction of competent courts, with the owner reserving the right to seek injunctive relief or protect its intellectual property rights before any court with jurisdiction, including outside the owner's home jurisdiction.

12. Final Provisions

  • If any clause is declared null or unenforceable, the rest shall remain in full force.
  • Failure by the owner to exercise a right does not constitute a waiver of that right.
  • These T&C constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede any previous communications or agreements.
